PHASE 1 (Week 1-3):

The minimum time commitment each week is just one hour—the length of a Netflix episode and definitely more useful than those mostly pointless hour-long meetings at work.
Here’s the breakdown:
✔ 1:1 coaching via Zoom – 50 min (intentionally less than an hour so you’re not booked back-to-back)
✔ Pre-coaching questionnaire – 5 min
✔ Post-coaching takeaways – 5 min
✔ Implementing action steps – This part is up to you. The question is: How much do you want what you want?
The real transformation happens between sessions as you apply what we discuss. And if you’re committed, you’ll make more time than the minimum one hour per week.
You might be thinking: “My schedule is already packed—I can’t take on more!”
I get it. I’ve been there too. But here’s what I’ve found:
The clients who see the biggest results are the ones who prioritize what matters. They don’t “find” time—they make time.
Ask yourself:

Confidentiality and privacy are top priorities. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified Coach in multiple specialties, I take client confidentiality and privacy very seriously.
Everything we discuss—our conversations, your progress, your challenges—stays between us. The only exceptions are the rare cases required by law, such as a court-issued subpoena or if there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or someone else.
Additionally, if you’d prefer that your name (I never share clients’ full last names) or photo not be included in testimonials or client success stories, just let me know—I fully respect that and can still share insights from your coaching journey in a way that keeps your identity private (e.g., listing you as an anonymous client or generalizing specific details while keeping the essence of your transformation intact—authenticity is always my priority).
